Process Mining Consultant (m/f/d)

You will work at the intersection of business transformation and intelligent automation, leading and supporting process mining initiatives that help organizations unlock hidden efficiencies, optimize operations, and drive data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include analyzing and modeling business processes using process mining tools, collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs, and translating business objectives into technical requirements. Additional duties include designing process dashboards, connecting and transforming data from multiple systems, building robust ETL pipelines, and ensuring high data quality. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with data pipelines and data warehouses, and excellent communication skills.
