Role Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate on features within our existing Figma-based design system, collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to deliver dev-ready designs.
- Translate product requirements into intuitive UX that works for our customers without over-engineering the solution, and incorporate feedback quickly to iterate efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in a SaaS or data-heavy product environment, with strong Figma proficiency including working within and extending an existing design system.
- Ability to balance UX best practices with engineering constraints and business priorities, comfortable working iteratively and delivering incremental improvements rather than full redesigns.
