In this role You will provide technical leadership and mentoring support to junior and mid-level technical team members, helping them grow their technical expertise. Implement the technical vision for the Software Engineering domain, defining long-term technical strategies and roadmaps that align with our goals. Lead complex software development projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Manage multiple concurrent software engineering assignments from creation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Represent Experian in technical conferences, webinars, and industry events, showcasing technical expertise. You will have advanced experience in Cloud Platforms, Customer Focus, Innovation, Productivity, and Collaborating Globally.
