Deliver Virtual Care with Impact: Review patient-submitted medical histories through our intelligent, graded online platform and determine candidacy for treatment. Most consultations take under 5 minutes to complete. If appropriate, issue prescriptions. If more information is needed, communicate directly with patients via our secure messaging platform. As our first in-house NP, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping refine clinical workflows, ensuring we’re delivering seamless, high-quality care at scale. Work closely with our Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design solutions that elevate healthcare delivery. Contribute to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands into new conditions and offerings.
