Own and scale payments risk management across Phoenix's growing portfolio of live merchants, monitoring transaction activity and emerging risks. Investigate unusual patterns in transaction data, chargebacks, and fraud, independently driving investigations from signal to resolution. Collaborate with Payments leadership and cross-functional teams to improve risk monitoring, mitigation strategies, and processes.

Deliver virtual care by reviewing patient histories and determining treatment candidacy on an asynchronous telehealth platform. Prescribe medications when appropriate and communicate with patients through secure messaging. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine clinical workflows and improve patient and provider experiences.
