VP of Product

What You'll Own:

• Own the product surface—storefronts, checkout, payments, merchant OS, and AI agent—driving roadmap, sequencing, specs, quality, and rollout.
• Lead a small team of principal-level PMs, setting the standard for what ships: PRDs with prototypes, specs with test cases, and launches with reference merchants.
• Build merchant truth: direct relationships with top merchants, weekly calls, and repeat pain points shipped as fixes in weeks.

Who You Are:

• A builder, not a coordinator, with experience as the #1 or #2 product leader at a growth-stage company.
• Technical enough to be dangerous: you read PRs, prototype before you spec, and have shipped AI into production.
• A drill sergeant with no ego, giving tactical in-depth feedback, holding the bar, and admitting mistakes fast.
