Senior Developer Python

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will participate in defining team goals, planning and organizing activities to achieve them, and proactively overcoming obstacles. You'll participate in product implementation decisions, design solutions aligned with architecture, and assist developers in improvements. You will also implement solutions for consumers, focusing on simplicity, quality, and performance. You will influence development practices like Code Review and Pair Programming, develop various types of tests, and improve product monitoring. You will also act in resolving failures and identifying opportunities for improvement. Utilizing Agile development, you will work collaboratively, providing feedback and helping the team learn, communicating effectively on technical and non-technical subjects; contributing to a culture where opinions are shared respectfully.
