Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range from $100,320 to $127,680 per year, with standard starting salary of $114,000 for 7 years of experience.
- 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for individuals; 60% for dependents; plus 4% matching 401k and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Time Off:
- Full-time staff accrue 22 days of PTO per year for the first three years, with additional days after the third and sixth year.

Work Environment and Travel:
- This remote position requires frequent travel, including bi-weekly local travel to schools in Philadelphia and occasional national travel for retreats and professional development.
- You will work from a home office located anywhere within the US, blending independent work with on-site school engagement.
