Job Summary:

  • At the Center for Education Policy Research, the MQI Coaching Project Manager will lead fee-for-service contracts and support grant-funded research.
  • This role is situated on the Mathematics Teaching and Teacher Learning team focused on improving mathematics instruction.
  • The Project Manager will manage e-coaches, collaborate with district partners, and customize coach training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead oversight and development of MQI E-Coaching services, including managing infrastructure and supervising instructional coaches.
  • Plan, develop, and implement trainings for teachers, coaches, and administrators on mathematics coaching.
  • Collaborate on expansion of MQI Coaching models, develop new materials, and support communications and outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience coaching mathematics teachers and classroom teaching.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Experience with adult learning, Illustrative Mathematics, and MQI Coaching preferred.
