Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a centralized assessment calendar and schedule for all testing programs and administrations.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical deadlines for assessment events.
- Track assessment readiness across multiple concurrent administrations and provide visibility into status, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
Assessment Portfolio & Capacity Management:
- Maintain visibility across all active and upcoming assessment administrations, ensuring competing priorities and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Monitor organizational readiness and capacity to support multiple concurrent assessment events and overlapping testing windows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, resource constraints, and workload imbalances that may impact assessment delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience at a leadership level coordinating complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive cross-functional accountability.
