- Turn partner goals into concrete initiatives with defined scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, resources, and exit criteria.
- Make 'done' unambiguous before work begins.
Program-Level Execution:
- Manage a portfolio of simultaneous implementations, tracking overall program health across workstreams.
- Ensure delivery outcomes are front and center: on time, on scope, high partner confidence.
Partner Communications:
- Own project health and partner communications in partnership with the Partner Strategy Lead.
- Keep everyone informed and confident at every level, from campus project managers to exec sponsors.
Risk, Resourcing, and Accountability:
- Proactively manage risk and resourcing, knowing when to escalate and what tradeoffs make sense.
- Hold partners and internal teams accountable to their commitments with care.
