Director, Enterprise Project Management

Enterprise Project Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, and accountability trackers.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive working sessions.

Organizational Coordination & Execution:

• Partner closely with operational, clinical, and support center leaders to align priorities and improve execution consistency.
• Help manage organizational capacity and identify project conflicts or change saturation.
• Support implementation of enterprise initiatives across a multi-site healthcare environment.

Visibility, Communication & Accountability:

• Maintain enterprise-level visibility into active initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and progress.
• Translate complex project information into concise executive updates and actionable next steps.
• Standardize project management tools, meeting cadence, dashboards, and reporting.
