Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist project managers in organizing project assignments and managing project work independently.
  • Develop and execute communications to project members and stakeholders, ensuring project activities stay on track.
  • Track meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and follow-up items, and communicate task status and goals clearly.

Professional Development:

  • Attend classes, seminars, training forums, and staff meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Read vendor documentation and trade publications to stay current with industry trends.
  • Interact with peers and employees to receive and disseminate information relevant to the position.

Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience in administrative or project support roles, with two years administering or overseeing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field may substitute for up to two years of experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Project, SharePoint, Visio, Excel, Teams, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
