Director of Implementation

This role is critical to transforming the implementation process into a scalable, repeatable, and efficient engine. The Director will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled architects who specialize in modeling homes in Higharc’s design and data products. The director will oversee the day-to-day operations of an implementation team responsible for transitioning customers from legacy design systems (e.g. AutoCAD Architecture or Revit) to Higharc. The role also involves driving process excellence, developing a high-performing team, managing metrics and reporting, serving as a technical leader, and collaborating with stakeholders.
