What You'll Do:

Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish.
Follow rubrics to keep ratings consistent across high volumes of samples.
Edit flawed slides using other designs as reference to build cohesion across the entire design.

What We're Looking For:

Education in design or arts and 2+ years of graphic design, SMM, or marketing experience.
Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.
Exceptional attention to detail and openness to feedback and recalibration.
