About the Role:

• This is a major, multi-country ERP implementation to build a single, compliant group-wide system of record.
• You will own the program end-to-end, from requirements to go-live, reporting to Finance leadership.
• You will work with an external systems integrator and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Own the ERP program end-to-end including requirements, budget, vendor evaluation, and integrator management.
• Design and validate the manufacturing finance data model for costing, BOMs, and inventory valuation.
• Build export-control-aware chart of accounts and establish master data governance across all sites.

What We're Looking For:

• Full-lifecycle Tier 1 ERP delivery experience across 2+ countries as the named business owner.
• Manufacturing finance depth with hands-on ownership of costing and supply-chain integration.
• Regulated-industry fluency with export-control and government contract accounting.
