Director - Mobile Software Engineering

Fortune Brands Innovations is searching for a Director - Mobile Software Engineering to join our team. This development leadership role will oversee iOS and Android mobile app development across brands for various initiatives and IoT connected products. RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide the team in setting proper strategy to maintain their platforms. Ensure alignment with company goals. Work with product and design to balance goals and ensure alignment. Coordinate scrum team moves and changes as needed. Develop and enforce best practices, provide mentoring and guidance, remove roadblocks for teams, manage team performance, and handle administrative tasks. Anticipate future technological needs and lead the company through change by working with various organizational stakeholders.
