Head of Finance Transformation

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance systems and processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, and best-in-class controls. Oversee ongoing and future transformation projects, including the current buildout of an in-house subledger and NetSuite integration. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Serve as the primary technical solution owner for Finance transformation initiatives across the company, partnering with internal and external resources as needed. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial operations, leveraging technology and industry best practices. Ensure all transformation activities align with US GAAP accounting standards and organizational objectives. Stay abreast of emerging trends in Finance technology, especially within the crypto and fintech sectors.
