Looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth roles to help accelerate our agency’s pipeline and drive sustainable revenue. This role offers flexibility to be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and fit. Lead and evolve the agency’s growth strategy from lead generation through to conversion, focusing on quality and scalability. Partner with the CEO and team leads to ensure growth efforts align with business priorities. Experiment with and scale growth channels—including paid acquisition, outbound email, SEO, and strategic partnerships. Analyze funnel and campaign data to optimize for lead quality, conversion, and cost-efficiency. Build lightweight automation and CRM workflows to support outreach and follow-up. Collaborate with our Virtual Assistant on list building, targeting, and email strategy refinement. Monitor market trends and competitor tactics to keep our growth engine cutting-edge.
