Job Description
Our Client is a newly established solo financial advisory practice who is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy assistant to serve as a trusted right hand during the critical start-up phase and beyond. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting financial advisors, particularly within the Charles Schwab platform, who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities include assisting with the initial operational setup of the practice, including systems, workflows, and client onboarding. Also, supporting daily administrative and client service tasks and managing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Applicant will be utilizing Charles Schwab software to assist with account creation, transfers, reporting, and other advisor functions. Coordinator scheduling, communications, and follow-up with clients is a must, Help build and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and compliance. Serving as a point of contact for vendors, tech platforms, and custodians as needed.
