Principal Technical Consultant, Security India (Security Delivery)

Role Overview:

• Own identity workstreams as a hands-on delivery leader, driving architecture, implementation planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment.
• Focus on Microsoft identity platforms, including Active Directory and Entra ID, with additional exposure to IGA and modern authentication patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead identity solution implementations across hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, passwordless, and access control models.
• Deliver IGA initiatives such as joiner-mover-leaver processes, provisioning, access requests, and role/policy improvements.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and produce architecture diagrams, implementation plans, runbooks, and decision documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft identity architecture and implementation experience, especially Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands-on IGA delivery experience and deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC.
• Proven client-facing consulting ability with strong communication and technical leadership.
