Data Management:

• Completes abstracts for benign and malignant processes.
• Maintains the cancer database in compliance with established standards.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity.

Compliance:

• Adheres to standards set by the Commission on Cancer.
• Follows guidelines of the Georgia Cancer Registry.
• Complies with the Piedmont Cancer Committee regulations.

Experience:

• Requires an associate's degree and college-level courses in medical terminology and anatomy & physiology.
• Needs previous registry or oncology-related experience.
• ODS certification required upon hire.
