Responsibilities:

• Write 1-2 sentence summaries of video action sequences based on objective guidelines.
• Break down video timelines into action-based segments with no gaps or overlaps.
• Label visible actions using simple present tense and verify AI-generated captions.

Requirements:

• High accuracy with 85-90% benchmark score, only writing what is visually present.
• Efficiency to complete annotation for a 1-minute video in approximately 4 minutes.
• Process discipline to work within a strict tracking environment without window switching.

Compensation and Certification:

• Pay rate of $2.00-$5.00 per hour based on quality and productivity.
• Must pass a 3-hour certification process including guidelines review, practice, and a test.
• Upon certification, receive a $10.00 bonus and access to paid task batches.
