Responsibilities:

  • Assist with technical support for clients, respond to client tickets, and prepare for compliance audits by organizing documentation and data.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and prompt responses through the ticketing system, assisting new clients through smooth transitions.
  • Provide coverage for ticketing queues during out-of-office periods and attend client office hours.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms (Zoom, Teams, Outlook, Salesforce, Google Suite, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits:
