Finance Leader

About the Role:

• Kantiv is a US SaaS company for the AEC industry with a hybrid platform subscription and usage-based AI credits.
• You are the first in-house finance leader, taking over all finance work from outsourced partners.

Responsibilities:

• Own accounting, monthly close, order-to-cash, revenue recognition, commissions, and forecasting.
• Lead the Stripe Billing build for usage invoices and manage collections, sales tax, and vendor payments.

Requirements:

• 9+ years in finance with B2B SaaS experience, including ASC 606 and usage-based billing.
• Advanced Excel, QuickBooks, and startup process building; 3-4 hours overlap with US time zones.
