Role Overview:
- Seeking an experienced finance leader to build and lead the finance function of a growing B2B SaaS company in the AEC industry.
- Own the full finance lifecycle, from accounting and reporting to billing, revenue recognition, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly US GAAP close, AR, AP, sales tax, and revenue recognition under ASC 606 and ASC 340-40.
- Lead implementation of Stripe Billing and Tax for usage-based AI products and build operating models and SaaS metrics.
- Hire and develop the finance team and support fundraising, audits, and investor reporting.
Requirements:
- Nine+ years of finance experience, including four+ in B2B SaaS, with hands-on US GAAP close ownership.
- Direct experience with subscription and usage-based billing models, ASC 606, and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, strategic communication, and overlap with US time zones.
