Senior Food Sciences Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Food Sciences Consultant and Registered Dietitian who has a background in assessing the safety of food ingredients, products, and processes to ensure client compliance with regulations, and advise clients on risk reduction and management. This candidate will conduct research, analyze data, and provide expert guidance on the potential toxicological effects of chemicals and substances found in food and will convey this to clients. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, evaluating potential health risks, compiling and interpreting data, developing strategies for managing ingredient issues, providing expert guidance to clients, and staying updated on new scientific developments. This consultant must have experience in client budgets, internal budgets, and team resources.
