About the Role:
- Lead the physician team as the clinical gateway for older adults navigating chronic and complex care needs.
- Be the escalation point for hard cases and run day-to-day clinical leadership for telehealth physicians.
Building the Care Model:
- Develop workflows, pathways, and protocols for how physicians assess patients and partner with advocates on care plans.
- Own physician recruiting with the Talent team, set the hiring bar, and build onboarding that gets new doctors productive fast.
Quality and Collaboration:
- Run QA and QI programs across visits and documentation, and write policies that keep us compliant across states.
- Define physician KPIs with the Data team, coach from the numbers, and turn clinical needs into priorities for Product, Growth, and Care Ops.
