Seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Test Automation to lead technical design and implementation of enterprise test automation solutions.
This role involves Gradera's TestPhi AI-First platform, leading client-specific implementation, configuration, and deployment.
You will be the technical and strategic anchor for solution delivery, ensuring end-to-end ownership from strategy to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client goals and assess current test automation initiatives, tool stack, and processes.
Design future state enterprise-grade test automation framework using Gradera's TestPhi platform and implement a pilot.
Lead scaling to at least 80% test coverage and define blueprints for enterprise foundation including CI/CD and governance.

Required Qualifications:

At least 8 years in Software Quality Engineering with enterprise test automation deployment.
2+ years with Playwright web test automation and UiPath.
Experience designing automation for Enterprise commercial applications like Oracle ERP, and operating in a Testing COE model.
