Job Description
The Program Manager's position is responsible for every aspect of the U.S. Air Force Global Enterprise Sustainment Program. Responsibilities include overall management of program personnel, support personnel, working with Motorola Solutions sales team personnel, administering and overseeing the program budget and costs. This role involves leading and overseeing the work of Engineers, System Managers, Cyber Security Leads, Customer Service Managers, and other personnel, ensuring compliance with DoD change management processes.
This position serves as the single point of contact for the Air Force system and the Air Force's PMO that supports this system and contract, also responsible for the management, oversight and overall administration of the U.S. Air Force Global Sustainment Contract. It oversees personnel management, budgeting, business operations, and daily communications, managing supply chain and logistics, strategic planning, customer service, and contract management.
The Program strategic plan and goals should support and adhere to Motorola strategic goals and objectives.
