Responsibilities:
- Edit and lead editorial guidelines for all Hub content, ensuring quality control through team management and tracking successes/failures.
- Create guidelines for AI content editing, providing feedback to editors and tool creators to improve draft quality.
- Mentor senior editors into future leaders through task delegation, career development plans, and consistent feedback.
Content Optimization:
- Approve the design, style, and tone of publications for both manual and AI content, focusing on conversion, SEO, and UX.
- Lead content modifications and track consistent issues to prevent recurring problems in new drafts.
- Ensure all content and headlines reflect SEO best practices for Google Search and creative content for Google News.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an editor and in leading an editorial team, with AI automation experience.
- Exceptional English writing ability for long-form and short-form content, with outstanding editing and creative skills.
- Possess an exceptional attention to detail and a portfolio of previous editorial projects is preferred.
