Role Overview:
- Own the AI function across JUPUS, from strategic roadmap to production delivery.
- Balance hands-on development (~40%) with leading and mentoring the AI team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect production-ready generative AI systems across voice, chat, and document workflows.
- Design and scale agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Partner with product and engineering to turn AI capabilities into user value.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience shipping applied AI systems in production.
- Strong Python and backend skills with proven RAG and agentic AI experience.
- Located in the CET -2/+2 time zone.
