IT Infrastructure Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of BrightSign’s IT infrastructure. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of network architecture, system administration, and cybersecurity to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the company's IT systems. The IT Infrastructure Lead works closely with the IT partners and other departments to align IT strategies with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic plan for IT infrastructure, overseeing the design and implementation of IT systems architecture, providing ongoing support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, designing, installing, and managing network infrastructure, implementing and managing security protocols, designing and managing cloud-based solutions, and working closely with other IT partners. The IT Infrastructure Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to manage the complexities of modern IT infrastructure.
