Job Description
Provide Nutrition Support:Interact virtually with a diverse patient population to provide education and one on one nutritional support. Respond to patient inquiries. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive expert nutritional and dietary support.
Program Development:Daily work to grow and maintain services to align with program goals, leveraging your skills and expertise to influence program design and educational content. Strong understanding of Canada’s food guide and nutrition care processes.
Required Skills: Current, unrestricted professional license to practice in the province of work with willingness to obtain and maintain additional provincial RD licenses as required.
