Growth Lead - Paid Media (Meta Ads)

Accountabilities:

• Own Meta paid acquisition end to end, managing strategy and execution across multiple markets.
• Build and execute paid growth strategies across India, the Middle East, and Europe.
• Develop creative testing strategy and optimize funnel metrics.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for consumer AI products.
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition with strong efficiency focus.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
