Senior Project Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management. Individual will be responsible for the analysis, planning, and management of the improved business process implementation and automation on INFUSE internal projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project and product management, technical, and analytical skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis for complex business-optimization projects, leading change management efforts, taking ownership of project planning, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and identifying and managing project risks. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project performance, preparing business cases, and staying updated on industry trends.
