Senior Software Developer, Build Platform

Wealthsimple is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join the Build Platform team, which focuses on making software development fast, intuitive, and enjoyable. As a Developer, you'll shape the developer journey at Wealthsimple, supporting a diverse engineering organization that uses Ruby, Python, Kotlin, and TypeScript. Your work will directly empower hundreds of developers to ship high-quality, secure code to millions of users with confidence and speed.

In this role, you'll pioneer new ways to improve developer productivity by leveraging emerging technologies like AI, shape the next generation of development environments, modernize core internal libraries and tooling, define and measure operational excellence at scale, and elevate the testing infrastructure. You'll also champion engineering best practices by partnering with teams across Wealthsimple to deliver platform improvements.
