Remote Language Arts Teacher (Part-Time)

About This Role:

• You will teach online ELA classes focusing on Reading & Speaking and Reading & Writing.
• You will prepare lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and manage virtual classrooms of up to 10 students.
• You will grade work, provide feedback, and communicate with parents.

What We're Looking For:

• You are a native English speaker with US elementary teaching experience preferred.
• You have a bachelor's degree and strong understanding of literacy development.
• You are comfortable with online teaching technology and student-centered approaches.

Pay & Benefits Structure:

• Base pay starts at $35 per teaching hour, plus non-teaching hourly pay $16-20.
• You are eligible for a retention bonus and flexible schedule.
