Accountabilities:
- Evaluate TOEFL/TESOL practice responses using structured scoring rubrics and ensure alignment with defined assessment criteria.
- Review, edit, and improve written feedback to learners to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with scoring guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, ESL, Education, TESOL, or a closely related field; TESOL certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching or supporting adult ESL learners; at least 1 year of direct TOEFL teaching or tutoring experience.
- Strong understanding of rubric-based evaluation and structured language assessment methodologies.
