Job Description
The Digital Marketing Automation Specialist will lead the execution of email, SMS, and social media campaigns across the marketing stack. You will plan and launch campaigns via HubSpot or HighLevel across email and SMS. You will keep our LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X channels active and aligned with brand voice. Maintain a 30-day content calendar with diverse content formats. Design assets and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma. Build automations with Zapier to streamline campaign ops and ensure data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools. Monitor performance in Google Sheets/Excel and surface actionable insights. Provide clear process documentation for internal teams, including sales reps in South America.
