Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating environmental due diligence and compliance reviews/auditing projects.
  • Developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects.
  • Liaising with subject matter experts regarding health & safety auditing, climate risk, ESG, and PFAS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of EHS experience in consulting or industry, ideally with exposure across Canada.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian EHS regulatory requirements, including Quebec.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills—able to engage senior leaders and frontline teams alike.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently and collaboratively, often in a fast-paced transactional environment.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
