The Role:
- Hybrid role blending core product development with customer-facing implementations, building real applications on Tailor's platform.
- Collaborate directly with Forward Deployed PMs and customers to translate real-world workflows into maintainable systems.
- Shape engineering standards, developer experience, and platform architecture as the company grows.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in production environments.
- Strong foundation in data modeling, API design, and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Comfortable integrating with third-party APIs across accounting, commerce, or logistics domains.
Compensation, Location & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 USD / year.
- Remote-first with 6-hour overlap with US west coast.
- Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, work-from-home stipend, and parental leave.
