As the Sr. Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Engineering, Data, and Analytics roles, while building scalable hiring systems that help us find and support top technical talent.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to deepen our expertise in how we source, evaluate, and hire candidates. You will also develop a deep understanding of roles across Core Engineering, QA, SDET, Tech Ops, Information Security, Product Management, and Data & Analytics for both Acorns and GoHenry.
From day one, you’ll help shape how we find, hire, and support the people behind our mission, across two companies working together to help millions grow financial wellness for themselves and their families.
