Senior AI Engineer II

This role with Honeycomb allows you to own the end-to-end implementation of AI-powered product features, handling everything from prototypes to production. You'll be involved in prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation strategies to improve reliability and UX. Collaboration with product and design partners will be key as you define and scope AI-driven experiences. Another aspect of the job is teaching best practices for working with LLMs, including prompt design and evaluation methodologies. You'll also have the opportunity to learn deeply about Honeycomb’s workflows and user problems to build truly helpful AI features. By iterating through fast feedback loops, experimentation, and sharing both wins and failures, you will always be improving.
