Qualify prospective insurance agencies, ensuring they will act as collaborative partners that confidently and profitably exceed production requirements. Drive appointment process of qualified agencies, minimizing contracting and setup time while accelerating path to production. Onboard and develop new agency partner relationships, leading agency onboardings and extending to existing producer trainings.

Expanding the data modeling layer, building trustworthy foundations for analytics, and enabling teams across the company—from Product to GTM to Finance—with scalable, reliable data. This role will report directly to the Head of Data and you’ll partner with them and our Staff Data Engineer to build a reliable data foundation upon which Honeycomb can scale our business.

Lead and scale the functions that shape Honeycomb’s public narrative, market conversations, and industry influence. This role includes PR, AR, thought leadership campaigns, executive and influencer communications, social media, customer advocacy, and community engagement. Work closely with executives and marketing, product, engineering, and people teams to ensure Honeycomb is a recognized, credible, and compelling market leader.

This role involves next-generation risk assessment using data and AI, modernized underwriting with cutting-edge technology, and establishing a presence in the light-nondamitted market. Responsibilities include quoting new business, analyzing policy changes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting marketing efforts.
