Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers, helping them realize business value from their investment in Honeycomb. The role will translate business goals into actionable technical strategies and align customer use cases with Honeycomb capabilities. Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders, technical champions, and executive sponsors to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.

As our Senior Customer Advocacy & Community Manager, you will activate our happiest customers and build an active community to give us a competitive edge in the market. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on our brand, revenue, and continued innovation. You’ll partner closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure we turn customer love into rocket fuel for growth.

As a Staff Product Engineer on the Explore team, you’ll contribute to the core flows in the Honeycomb experience. You will own technical vision, inform software quality, and contribute across the full application stack using React, Typescript, and Golang. You will deliver impactful features, mentor engineers, and influence company strategy.

Contribute to a greenfield UI project including a new visualization for session data, build and maintain instrumentation libraries for web and mobile (Javascript, Android, Swift, React Native), and write code across the full application stack, primarily in React, TypeScript, and Golang. You will also contribute to OpenTelemetry instrumentation for web and mobile.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer II on this team, you'll join a growing engineering organization building critical features that help enterprise customers effectively manage complex organizational structures and resources at scale. You will design, build, and deliver APIs, build and maintain full-stack product features, and collaborate across disciplines.
