Director, Construction

The boots-on-the-ground leader driving high-performance project delivery. As Director, Construction you will lead Sealed’s project scoping and construction management operations in Indiana, where we plan to launch as a Regional General Contractor to support delivery of the Indiana Energy Saver Program. You’ll build and manage the contractor network, oversee field operations, and lead a growing team of Project and Construction Managers to deliver high-quality energy efficiency projects at scale. You’ll serve as both a builder and operator—comfortably navigating job sites, coaching teams, resolving field challenges, and owning the financial and operational outcomes of every project.
