The boots-on-the-ground leader driving high-performance project delivery. As Director, Construction you will lead Sealed’s project scoping and construction management operations in Indiana. You’ll build and manage the contractor network, oversee field operations, and lead a growing team of Project and Construction Managers to deliver high-quality energy efficiency projects at scale.

As Sealed’s Partner Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs, balancing sales enablement, account management, and building relationships to ensure our partners maximize their participation in our programs while keeping projects on track. Your primary responsibility is to support our partners and do all in your power to help them drive volume.
