Position Summary:
- Serve as a primary point of contact regarding data quality for assigned client accounts.
- Ensure clients meet their business goals using best in class data practices.
- Provide implementation support and issue resolution.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Develop documentation covering all clients data assets, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct strategy sessions, workshops, and ongoing consultation aligned with Assent's data standards and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continually enhance Assent's data solutions and client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships.
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English as well as in German.
- Excellent understanding of data management and analysis principles.
