Financial Acumen: The director is expected to lead and direct enterprise wide integration of offices and data for analysis and planning. They are required to designing and implementing models that enhance financial sustainability, enrollment planning, and academic strategy. He/She needs to translate complex data into actionable insights for both long-term planning and operational execution.
Strategic Planning: Responsibilities include integrating data-driven insights into strategic financial and enrollment planning. They are in charge of informing decision-making across academic and administrative units. The director needs to provide insights for long-range strategic planning initiatives.
Data Analytics: Key responsibility is to drive the development of predictive analytics and financial modeling. The position requires connecting disparate data streams—enrollment, academic, and financial. They must create cohesive analytical tools that strengthen institutional forecasting and budgeting.
