Role Focus:

  • Team & Pipeline Management: Oversee the weekly creative workflow, set deadlines, and provide clear feedback to enhance the quality of team outputs consistently.
  • Performance Partnership: Analyze performance data to inform creative decisions, spotting trends and fatigue to guide the next wave of advertising concepts effectively.
  • Creative Strategy: Direct what content is tested and approved, ensuring every ad has a strong hook, clear angle, and a specific hypothesis driving its creation.
  • System Architecture: Design and refine operational systems like briefing frameworks, tracking systems, and feedback loops to make performance insights actionable and repeatable.
